Cancellations

Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 07921540917.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, we will always attempt to complete all appointments at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client consultation.

Please be aware that client data will need to be captured therefore, a longer consultation will be needed if it is your first appointment. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation form, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

Deposits

Packages and treatments over 2 hours long require a deposit of 50%.

Prepaid Courses of Treatments

Have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Contraindications

if you are undergoing any medical treatment including, but not limited to, any of the following conditions: Heart Condition, Cancer, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Skin Disorders/Diseases, Thyroid Conditions, Allergies, or you are taking any medication, prescription or otherwise. You must inform me at the time of booking, so I can evaluate if the treatment can be carried out (a doctors note may be required). If the treatment cannot be carried out then I will endeavour to find you another alternative therapy.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Gift vouchers received from a charity event are valid for 6 months from the date of the charity event, are not valid for mobile appointments and cannot be used during the months of August or December. Beauty Elegance Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. By booking an appointment you consent for any personal data provided to be held by Beauty Elegance in an electronic or paper format. You have the right to request the removal of my personal data from the database at any time. No personal data is ever shared/sold with/to any third party and is used for business administration only.

Hygiene

Salon hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness.

Payments

Cash & Bank Transfer only. Payments must be paid in full prior to or at the end of your treatment. No credit is given. All prices include taxes as required. Not VAT registered, sole trader.

Patch Testing

Patch Testing required for clients who would like treatments that have products that require patch testing. No treatment will take place without a clear result patch test.
